No booking needed! Just turn up at one of our monthly meetings. We'll make you welcome.

Membership is completely free. We welcome small voluntary donations to help with costs, but these are never expected.

Absolutely! We warmly welcome carers, family members, and friends. They're part of our community too.
What if I'm nervous about attending?
We understand! Call us beforehand and we'll arrange for someone to meet you and introduce you to the group.
